California Supply Chain Transparency Act Statement
Effective Date: February 24, 2026
At Weee!, we are committed to ethical business practices and legal compliance across all operations. This statement is made pursuant to the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) and describes the steps we take to address the risks of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain.
Verification. We assess risks in our supply chain related to forced labor and human trafficking. As part of our supplier onboarding process, we inquire about suppliers' labor practices and policies to evaluate alignment with our ethical standards.
Audits. We reserve the right to audit our suppliers for compliance with our standards prohibiting human trafficking and slavery.
Certification. We require our direct suppliers to comply with all applicable laws, including laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the countries where they operate.
Internal Accountability. We maintain internal accountability standards for employees and contractors who fail to meet our standards regarding slavery and human trafficking. We provide an anonymous reporting channel for employees to raise concerns about potential violations.
Training. We provide training to employees and management with direct responsibility for supply chain management on issues related to human trafficking and slavery, including identifying and mitigating risks within our supply chains. We are working to expand and enhance this training program on an ongoing basis.
We remain committed to transparency and to continuously improving our efforts to address human trafficking and slavery risks in our supply chain.
