Not the best quality - turned brown and full of seeds
Dominican Eggplant, 2 lbs First time buying. Made in the USA. One serving contains two large eggplants, deep purple in color, thick-skinned and seeded. Slightly not very fresh, with some bruises on the skin. Suitable for stir-frying, eggplant pancakes, or braised eggplant. Feel free to add to your cart from my video. Thank you for your support!
