I Had ordered this so many times. We love the quality of this red/brown Jasmine Rice. Unfortunately when I open the box the bag is cut open top so half of them came out the bag. I'm not sure what happened. This is the first time that I had a bag of rice cut open. That's why I was wondering my box sound different. I guess there's always a first time.
