It has a 10-month shelf life. There are 4 packs of noodles in total, so the price doesn't seem expensive (usually it's 5 small packs). This was my first time buying it, so I didn't dare put in all the soup base; a little over half a pack (mildly spicy) was just right. I added egg, fish balls, and spinach. It doesn't have a strong fried taste. It's just instant noodles!
