I put it in the freezer immediately after delivery and ate it a few days later. The other things in the freezer were frozen properly, so I don't think it was a problem with my freezer, but the ice cream part had melted quite a bit. It was just about to run. The ice cream part seemed quite thin. Maybe it was because the milk fat was low. As the bean paste part is called red bean jam, it has a syrup-like texture, which is a little different from Japanese bean paste. It was quite sweet. It wasn't bad, but I'm not sure if I would buy it again... 3 stars.
