the box is divided into two servings of 7-8 x 4in pancakes. This pancake mix is better than most in the US. The taste is the closest to IHop and it's as fluffy and tender crumbed as its claim. Dont overmix. I wait maybe a minute or two and you'll see the clumps will sort itself out and you will end up with a thick smooth batter. Cook on slightly greased pan. Because the batter is thick, you can shape it well. I count about 30 seconds on each side to cook on medium heat. So good! Our favorite since childhood, and a favorite of our children as well.
