    4. I have never had the light version of Yakult, so I thought I would give it a go! They are half the calories of the original and sweetened with Stevia. The flavor is almost exactly the same, but it does leave that subtle aftertaste that Stevia tends to, but it is so mild that I don’t mind it, at all.
