The portion was huge! My small pot almost couldn't hold it all. It was very fresh and not fishy at all. It's perfect for making sweet and sour pork ribs.
I got consistent cut of ribs this time so I made all of it into barbecue spare ribs with soda version. Great value and quality!
I bought it twice and it was never fresh. Even with so much sauce, I couldn't mask the fishy and foul smell.
The braised pork ribs were very good. I've heard that pork from abroad can be very gamey, but I didn't taste any gamey smell in this.
