I also used the "Beef Tendon for Oden Stew" to make beef tendon stew. It takes a long time to simmer, but since it's beautiful meat, it doesn't require much pre-processing. If you have a pressure cooker, you can probably make it even faster. It turned out really tender. I saved half of it and used it for oden later.
