I'm not buying it anymore, it doesn't taste like cod at all. And I already bought another one just like it at a Portuguese supermarket, and it did taste like cod.

These Portuguese cod croquettes are already cooked, so all you have to do is pan-fry them. They have a texture similar to mashed potato and a salty fish cake flavor, but with a fibrous texture similar to codfish fillets. They're a bit bland on their own, so they're great as a side dish.
I tried it because it was on sale. It was a disappointment. It was all powder with some coarse fiber mixed in. It had almost no fish flavor; just a faint curry taste. A total letdown. Don't boil it, it will dissolve. It's basically just curry bean curd powder balls.
