Been craving for good eel! And this is the best
I heated it on the stovetop over medium heat, adding the kelp water with a spoon, thinking it would cook thoroughly on both sides. Next time I crave eel, I'll buy it again, but I don't think I'll cook it in the oven. I could make restaurant-quality eel rice bowls at home!
