The abalone sauce is sweet and not too salty. There are four small abalone and four shiitake mushrooms in total. The abalone is flavorful and has a normal texture, but the shiitake mushrooms are very soft and chewy and delicious. If you add some bok choy and stew it, it will be a great dish for the New Year!
