It's frozen in good condition. I put it in some pure tofu this time and it was delicious. It doesn't have any unpleasant odor.
It's so delicious It was cleaned very well. I just rubbed it with salt and flour, washed it, and put it directly into the pot. First, I stewed it in water with some cooking wine and ginger slices for half an hour. Then I took it out, cut it up, and pan-fried it. After frying, I dipped it in the sauce and took a bite. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, bursting with oil and aroma. It was so delicious... I used the leftover butter to make cheese kimchi fried rice and other dishes. The rice was also delicious (っ˘ڡ˘ς).
my 2nd time ordering!!
I had motsunabe! It was delicious!
I would order it again. When grilling, the prep was haphazard and still delicious. When putting it in a pot, I rub it with salt and flour, then lightly parboil it for about a minute.
I plan to wash it in flour and parboil it before using it.
Ugh I’m so pumped they finally have daechang I just washed it with salt and air fried it at 385 for 18 mins for a good sear, then finished it off in my kbbq pan in the stove to render the fat. It was really crispy while making it not too fatty. Tasted like chicharon from the outside, and that umami goodness on the inside.
