ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It's so delicious
It's been a while since I ordered this, and it looks in good condition.
I bought 2 for the BBQ. I precooked them so it wouldn’t take long to cook on the grill. Not bad for the price.
It's very refreshing, especially in cold weather.
i will try this for pinapaitan
I made stewed offal! First, I rubbed it with salt, washed it, parboiled it, and then chopped it into small pieces. This way it's easier to cut than when it's raw, and it removes the fishy smell while retaining the flavor, so I thought it was better for stewing. Then I stewed it with stir-fried vegetables and seasoned it. It was as delicious as something you'd get at an izakaya! I'm looking forward to it being restocked!
This was my first time buying beef intestines, and surprisingly they didn't smell bad! They were delicious when cooked in a Japanese-style beef intestine hot pot.
This is my second purchase. The quality is very good, and there's no unpleasant odor. I really like it.
I was amazed to find out that I could eat offal in America...it was so delicious.
