This was my first time buying these pork belly slices, and they were so delicious! The skin was on, making them perfect for a dry pot dish. Plus, they were quite lean; it's hard to find such lean pork at Costco.
It was a great deal to buy it when it was on sale, but the packaging was a little damaged.
The meat arrived without melting.
