Expected high-quality meat but half of it was fat. Very disappointed with the price I paid. The package came in fine. I put it immediately in the freezer and didn’t open it until a couple of days later. Unfortunately, 60% of it was fat hiding below 2 slides of good meat. This is expensive but the quality isn’t consistent and up to the price.

This unseasoned beef ribs is my favorite quality from Weee. The fat spots are evenly distributed, and the fat part is mostly at the edge of the meat and bones, so it can be easily removed. The packaging is easy to remove, because the meat has been processed very clean, and there will be no blood splatter. You just need to move it directly to the bowl and marinate it, and then enjoy it at dinner time.
