This is the first time I've bought these baby taro; they look so fresh. I'll steam them for breakfast tomorrow.
The Eddoes I recess plentiful. They all look nice and good. I steamed a few, mashed them with red onions, cilantro, chili peppers, chili flakes, salt and extra virgin olive oil. Eddoes are a rich and healthy root vegetable, that can be used just the same way potatoes are used. The are creamy and smoky and very delicious, This is a repurchase many times..
The texture is soft and chewy, the quality is excellent, and they're quite large. They taste great mixed with yogurt.
