The truth is, it arrived badly damaged and with a crooked face.
It's frozen in good condition. I put it in some pure tofu this time and it was delicious. It doesn't have any unpleasant odor.
The intestines were full of fat and not fresh, they were dark and discolored. I didn't dare eat them.
